I offer specialist counselling for neurodivergent young people and adults in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. I work with individuals with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or misunderstood.
Many of the people I support have spent years trying to adapt to environments that haven’t always recognised their needs. Therapy provides space to slow down, explore your experiences, and develop ways of coping that feel authentic and sustainable.
Young people I work with may be experiencing school anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, sensory overwhelm, friendship challenges, or the pressure to mask in order to fit in.
I provide a calm, accepting space where they can build confidence, strengthen self-awareness, and learn strategies to manage anxiety and overwhelm. I also recognise how important it is for parents to feel supported, and I offer space for collaboration where helpful.
I also work with neurodivergent adults, including those navigating late or recent diagnosis. You may be experiencing burnout, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, or a long-standing sense of feeling different or misunderstood.
Therapy can support you in making sense of your experiences, reducing overwhelm, improving emotional regulation, and building greater self-acceptance.
I offer in-person counselling from a private and welcoming space in Basingstoke. Online sessions are also available for clients across the UK.
